The return window is 7 days from the date your order was successfully delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

3. Easy Return & Refund Process
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
Request Initiation
Contact our customer support team via email at info@houseofsaavya.com or call at +91-96506 85855 to request a Return Authorization. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
Approval & Shipping
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
Shipment
Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us.
Inspection
Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags).
Processing
Upon successful inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refund Credit Timeline
After your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account, depending on their processing times.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange Process: Follow the same initiation process as a return (Section 3). Please clearly indicate the new size/color you wish to exchange for.
- Exchange Delivery Timeline: Once the original item is received and passes inspection, the exchanged/replaced item will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. The actual delivery time will then depend on the shipping service used (typically 3-7 business days).
6. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns (e.g., preference, sizing issues).
- House of Saavya Responsibility: We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a reverse pickup or provide a prepaid label if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item/size shipped).
