This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the House of Saavya website.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders above INR 5,000.

International Shipping: Currently, House of Saavya ships only within India.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)

House of Saavya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damage

House of Saavya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
